FAQ

We give ourselves 4 months to turn around our films however, our average is around 2 months.

Yes, we can deliver within a month for $999!

  • The raw footage is an archive of the entire day. Raw Footage clips can range from 5 seconds to 30 minutes in length.
  • The raw footage is not convenient to watch however, it is a way to store longer length clips from your day.

We wouldn’t recommend it due to camera shake and audio concerns however, these clips can include wider, cut-away shots of important moments from your ceremony, toasts, and dances. If you’re interested in watching full length events we always recommend purchasing Individual Event Edits or Upgrading to the Aurora Packages. Watch some examples here!

  • Technically yes, however, we wouldn’t recommend it. First off, the ethos of a Merriment FIlm is that it’s a fun and lively Film. A faster song means we can include more clips in your highlight.
  • This being said, we’re happy to have you choose a slower song if you’d like.
  • Unfortunately, no. Merriment Films are designed to be a shorter music video style film! When we make these longer it becomes much harder to keep them interesting!
  • If interested in a longer film we’d recommend our friends at www.StopGoLove.com !!
  • Yes and No! While we invite people to be as involved in this process as they’d like we are constrained to the music we can license.
  • We typically share a library full of Merriment inspired songs for our couples to choose from. This is a curated list which we think works with the style of film we create. THat being said, we’re open to allowing you to choose from the broader library of music from www.musicbed.com

If we can license it then we’d be happy to use it! Most times artists and rights holders will not respond directly to your request.
